What is Kidney Stones & How it is formed

     In India, about 12percent of people affected by kidney stones, out of this 50percent of people may loss kidneys. Kidney stones is nothing but the stones which is formed in kidney. It is not actually formed like a stone in kidney. At first it is formed like sand after that it has been grown and formed like a stone. Size of the stone may be in 'mm' size or may be upto 'cm' size. It indicates the severity of the problem.
    Young persons, old persons, males or females any type of aged persons can affected by this problem. Most of the persons think that it is formed by eating seeds of tomato & brinjal, by the presence of stones in rice etc.,. People should know, kidney stones never formed by food items. Some of ore items which have been separated from blood and stagnant in kidney, later it formed into stones. Kidney stones may congenital, which means this problem continuing since from birth, due to calcium disease, uric acid disease are another main reasons for kidney stones.
    Persons with insufficient water content in body, persons with problem in ureter (ureter problem, which means urine suffer to get out from the body, due to this urine stagnant, stones may formed) are those persons who were the victims for this problem.

Symptoms

  • Irritating & pain moment while passing urine
  • Feeling to pass urine again after the few minutes of previous time with pain
  • Pain in spinal from urine passing area (ureter)
  • Severe vomiting due to pain
  • Blood leaks while passing urine

Natural Treatment for Kidney stones

  • Drink one litre of water on empty stomach and 3 to 4 litres a day. Drinking water habit helps to remove the stone at a size of 4mm to 6mm. Enormous amount of water drinking leads to pass urine from 1 to 2 litres, it helps to remove stones from kidney.
  • After wake up at morning, drink 100ml of boiled water mixed with lemon drops and 1 spoon honey, it actually looks like normal one but it helps to remove acidic content of the body as well. Males or females any gender have to take oil bath for 2days per week, it help to reduce body heat.
  • We have to take steps to purify our body by 45min walk to release the salt content through releasing of sweat for everyday. Take 100g curry of 7 vegetables like Snake gourd, Radish, Calabash, Bitter Gourd, Pumpkin, Ridge Gourd, Scarlet Gourd for 7 days, take each vegetable for each day.
  • Buy 1/4kg of Beans, remove the seeds and cut it in small pieces and boiled in one litre of water in low heat for 2hours. After 2hours grind it and drink that mixture on empty stomach and then for 3hours drink one litre water for every hour without eat anything, it results in passing urine, do it once in a month. 
  • Take small piece of Banana shoot, cut it in round like pieces and remove the excess fibre while cutting, add small quantity of butter milk, add small quantity of ginger, add one spoon cumin, add some coriander leaves and grind it. After that filter it for getting water content, drink it on empty stomach at morning.
