    We never forget to clean our body, we never forget to clean our stomach, we never forget to wash our clothes, but we won't think about the cleaning process of brain. In this modern period, we cannot realize what are the problems does the body have. Increasing usage of gadgets forming a dusty atmosphere inside the brain.

    Due to this condition, our brain don't have enough capability to think, getting tired quickly. We have the powerful RAM in our head but it is always in Aeroplane mode, we have to switch back to normal mode. We are going to gym for developing our body, doing diet to keep our body very healthy, but we won't take steps to give importance for brain.

    We have dust bin in our house, we never forget to clean that but we forget to clean our brain because we won't realize that our brain is full of dust. Let's see the symptoms that have happened in our body daily. During this pandemic situation almost all people have spent their time in mobiles and laptops and also eating unwanted foods etc., due to this our brain turn into slow working and also gets tired easily because we won't give rest for that.

    Feeling very tired after wakeup, feeling tiredness for full day, sleeplessness, headache etc., but we consider these problems as a normal one, but its not, these are the symptoms that shows your brain not functioning properly. These problems have faced by youngsters, old ones or even children also, if you have these symptoms we have to know the reasons and solutions then only we have to solve these problems.

    Avoid Excessive Sugar, junk food etc., before sleeping more than 3cups of tea or coffee leads brain to not thinking properly, food that you have eaten tough to digestion, so we cannot have a good sleep, avoid these items before 3 hours of sleep.

    Avoid keeping mobiles near to your head while sleeping, we all know that the effects of radiation, if you keep your mobiles near to the head while sleeping radiation will affect your brain directly. But most of the people doing this fault daily so they cannot be active on the next day.

    Keep your room as darkness, because of this our brain gets calm, at this type of situation even small watts of light will affect your sleep, good situation in room results in good sleep, 7 - 8 hours of sleep is good for health especially for brain.


    Finish your dinner before 3 hours of sleep, it leads to good digestion, if you have the habit to going to bed at 10pm then finish your dinner at 7pm itself.

    Avoid usage of mobiles and laptops before 2hours of sleep and also keep away these gadgets in some distance from your sleeping place. Keep follow this terms for 4 to 5 days then you realize the different situation than previous, this will more important for life because our day is depend on our brain's active. Do it regularly.
