    Former CEO of Google Larry Page had one aim that, he wants to increase the usage of Google products in world wide and also he wants people to use those products twice a day. He also wants to invent the technology that will give impact to the people and also user friendly, then people use that like the tooth paste, twice a day.

    World knows that 'G' for Google, but in order to describe the other letters in the word Google, Larry Page and Sergey Berin wants to develop another branch of Google called Alphabet Industry. In order to give concentration for the development of Alphabet, have to give Google to the perfect hands. Larry Page and Sergey Berin searching for the person with reliable as well as talented to handover Google. After the long discussion, Larry Page had announced that Sundar Pichai as the CEO of Google.

    It will be the shocking news for the tech world because one unknown person have appointed as CEO of Google, at that time many people didn't know who is Sundar Pichai. Famous News Company Wall Street Journal searching who is Sundar Pichai. One employee of that news company asked IIT Kharagpur, about Pichai. He asked about Sundar in that university but they forget about him, they told that no one person named Sundar Pichai studied here. Then one retired professor told about Sundar Pichai, because he remembered that Pichai got medal in that university.

    Sundar Pichai was born on July 02, 1972 in Madurai. His Father was Regunatha Pichai and his mother was Lakshmi. His father worked as electrical engineer in General Electric company with Rs. 3000 salary and his mother worked a stenographer but she left the job after the birth of Sundar. However he born in Madurai, but he grown in Chennai with 2 rooms in Ashok Nagar, and he has no separate room for studying and also there was no television in his home, so he missed the opportunity to see cartoon. Telephone connection at the time of 12th standard was the sophisticated thing in his home.

    For travelling to school he used government buses and autos only. Sometime he travelled in Lambretta scooter, his dad bought this scooter with his tiny savings of every month. He had interest to play cricket and foot ball, other than these he love to read books in all free time, so he had no friends circle, but he didn't get a first rank in his school life. He had interest in science and puzzles but not in History and Geography so he didn't get 1st rank. After finished the school, his dad explained the toughness of electrical engineering work to Sundar Pichai.

    This have induced Pichai to focus in Technology side. Then he took Metallurgy department in IIT, Kharagpur. Though he has select metallurgy, he had shown interest in electrical technology also. Basically Pichai was shy type, he didn't have any girl friends in school days, but in his college life, he had best friend Anjali, over the course of day, it ended in love, then Pichai expressed his love to Anjali, and also she accepted his love.

    In 1993, he finished Engineering with silver medal and got a chance to study M.S in Stanford University, California. Larry Page and Sergey Berin had also studied there only, and then he finished M.B.A also, then he got a chance to study Ph.d but it not happen because of economy problem, he had not enough money to spend aircraft travel to California, so he dropped Phd course. 

    At the same time, he didn't talk his lover Anjali for many months, not enough technology to contact her, then he searching permanent job for him. After getting permanent job he spoke with Anjali's parents got acceptance for his marriage. At that time Google was a developing company in Silicon Valley. He invited to attend face to face interview in Google. As a metallurgy student went to attend to interview in Google, because of his interest and also he wants to work in Silicon Valley, he searched and collected the details about the technology condition in Silicon Valley by self and also by his relative, who had worked in that place.

    But we have to know about the starting condition of Google, with 6 members in small car garage, Google was started in Menlo Park, after getting money from investors then Google transferred to Silicon Valley by Larry Page and Sergey Berin. With large amount of revenue for Google, in 2003, it had shifted to big building at rent base. Then Page and Berin, had searched lot of employees for developing Google, in 2004, April 1, Fools day, Sundar Pichai attend face to face interview. At that day, Gmail had introduced by Google. 

    In August 19, 2004, Google came for public usage, but at that time other than Google the most famous Internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox played a vital role. Sundar Pichai's work to develop a Google toolbar in Internet Explorer, after that it gained a good welcome from public, and then Internet Explorer set Bing as default tool bar in Google, this had created big headache for Pichai. After that he came with an idea to create separate browser for Google, but this was not taken serious by others, but his efforts and interest induced Larry Page to accept it. In 2008, Google planned to release Google browser but Explorer and Firefox didn't mind it seriously. 

    In September 2, 2008, Pichai stepped on to stage to speak about Google, due to its easy access, fast browsing it reached big place than other browsers. Explorer and Firefox failed to introduced themselves in android mobiles, but Google used it perfectly. In 2012, Google selected as good browser and also 1st browser to used by many people. As per the report of Statcounter, people used 60percent of searches in Google only, due to this condition there was a big blow for Internet Explorer. 60 percent of Explorer usage dropped to 25 percent. Then Explorer and Firefox can't recover from that situation. 

    After the introduction of Google in 2008, Pichai appointed as vice president of Google, then he spoke and conducted many stage performance to deliver his speech about google. In 2009, Pichai had introduced Chrome OS and also he had planned to introduce low version laptops, he believe that this will reach for many people. Then he introduced Chromebook laptops, due to this, he appointed as senior vice president of Google.

    In 2013, head of Android development Andy Rubin had also come under Pichai's role. Pichai had concentrated to reach many people, with the help of Karbonn, Micromax mobile companies Pichai had reached many people. Later, introduced of Android 2 etc., had reached world wide. Due to the biggest victory of Android, Google products like, Google+, Google apps, Google maps, Google commerce etc., had came under Sundar Pichai. Then he occupied the position second to Larry Page, he can contact Page directly to speak about Google development. Pichai understood the vision of Larry Page and also like Page, Pichai also searched best employees for his work.

    Sundar Pichai had lot of ideas to execute for the development of Google and also he had enough knowledge to form a good team, this had been told by Larry Page in one function. After the introduction of Alphabet company, Larry Page announced Pichai as CEO of Google officially. From October 2015 till now Sundar Pichai doing his work in good manner. Google never stopped by giving good posting for Pichai and also gave rewards like big part of shares of Alphabet had given to Pichai and it was equal to 1368 crore. In 2010, Twitter tried a lot to bring Sundar Pichai for vice president post of twitter, but Pichai refused that and also Microsoft Company had tried to bring Pichai as CEO before Larry announced Pichai as CEO of Google, but this also refused by Pichai.

    After rejected the invitation from Twitter, Google gave 50 million dollars to Pichai. Due to his socialness, he became a good leader among his followers and he never shown ego to his employees and also he didn't expect any credits, his concentration only on development only. Though he selected different department, due to his passion in technology he got a good position in google, Pichai is the iconic symbol of Patience. Passion with patience creates a good path for every person. Sundar Pichai is good example for this.
