TOP 4 WAYS TO CONTROL YOUR MIND





    Feelings, emotions, anger, happiness etc., are the parts of our life. One who knows to manage these things, their life is better than ordinary life of common man, but there is the risk. We cannot know to manage these things, as a result we take this as too much in our life.

    One day we feel happy and in very next day we feel very sad, our mood swings daily because of unsteady mind. If we take all days, we can trace our feelings into the graph, it looks like a wave, one day happiness and one day sadness. One thing we have to know that we are the actual reason for sadness and happiness.

    Regarding this, we also know the way to change the life because we are the reasons for the happiness and sadness. We feel very sad sometimes we feel very happy because our mind is controlling us, we have to change that, how?. Let's see.

  • REDUCE THE TIME FRAME FOR UNWANTED THINGS

We have enough time to do lot of things but we won't accept that, we told silly reasons that we have no time to do that. If you spend more time in unwanted things then distraction plays a vital role in your life. For ex., technology. Technology includes mobiles, laptops, gadgets etc., these are playing a vital role in our life.



We got lot of information from this, but we spent only minimum time for that, remaining we are spending the time in social media or any other contents. It will distract you completely and makes you that have no time. First reduce these things. If you are using mobiles at night for 2 hours, try to reduce for 1.5 hours. The impact of this 30 minutes helps you to change your life.

  • READ FOR 30 MINUTES
Reading gives patience, the way of controlling the mind is to increase the concentration. Read any kind of books just for 30 minutes without scatter your concentration. Try to go in depth of the character or details that have given in the book. 




Reading gives you the knowledge, at the same time, we can avoid spending time in unwanted things, do it regularly and try to increase the time frame for reading the books.
  • REDUCE THE DAILY ROUTINE
We are following so many habits in one day, identify which one is need which is not. Find the things which are not important other than mobiles, which we have seen already. For ex., cup of coffee. Some people have the habit to have 4 cups of coffee in a day with lot of snacks.

Eating is the good thing, but we have to control such type of foods also. More cups of coffee always induced damage to the health. One day we feel to drink tea, one day not but we drink daily this is because of your mind. Your mind instruct you to drink tea or coffee in morning, if you hungry or not, if your eager or not.




This have to change, you have to instruct your mind. Try to reduce the cups of tea or coffee and also the snacks it is one of the ways of controlling the mind.
  • KEEP PARCTICE
One of the most and important way is practice, we are doing lot of habits to improve distraction only, we did not take steps to improve the concentration. After reading this we ready to do the above steps  for one or two days or three days, but we cannot follow regularly. 

Keep doing the above things daily to control your mind. Above habits will change your life definitely if you follow these. We have most of the time in distraction so our mind got confused to obey your orders, so our mind works at its own way, these habits will change the state of mind. Try to follow it.
