Tackling Methods For Corona Virus


    Hope all Gentlemen, friends and all my lovable brothers & sisters in well body condition, we know that in past year, we never forgot that what covid19 disease done to us. We all know many people, especially people who in below poverty line suffered a lot, who didn’t have to eat, at the same time covid19 never leave the domestic and wild animals also, many stray dogs and cats in India suffered a lot nobody to serve it, because all were in fear, so nobody came out to serve for the animals, we never blame that people because we have to understand their situations….

    Okay……coming to the point, now the world facing the sign of second wave, then again it creates fear for the people, to tackle this corona virus condition we have to follow some methods


1.       DON’T BE OVER PROTECTIVE

Don’t be over protective, because it creates less immunity power in our body, 

for example We all know about Vaccination, if we take vaccination, our immune system ready to fight with bacteria, our immune system analyses which type of bacteria and fight with it, it’s a natural power

In that same way, if we are over protective, our body doesn’t have a capability to fight with bacteria or virus, because our body didn’t get a chance to fight, like Dharavi, in Mumbai we have to know how the people tackle covid19, the people who living in Dharavi have the good capability to fight with Covid19, so be normal that’s also create our immune system so strong.

 

2.       AVOID FRIGHTENING

It’s very easy to say to avoid fear, but at that situation everyone got fear, I accepted it. Avoid unnecessary fear leads to good body condition, yes, it’s true. 

For example, if we have the habits like wearing masks, cleaning hands frequently, maintaining social distance, avoid travel etc., these were good habits, even follow these we have the fear, “the thinking” ‘if we affect by covid19 what to do’

We have to avoid this type of thinking, we are following good habits then why fear, be bold, that’s create a body in very good manner.


3.       WEARING MASKS & MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCE

We have to follow government protocols, like wearing masks and maintaining social distance,

Wearing mask is not the complete solution for corona virus but it’s one of the best steps to control, you may strong, but others not, virus is the small organism its easily enter your body, if you have natural power or strong immune system, even if corona virus enter your body its not affect your body, but others not they may have less immunity power, avoid this spreading from you to others, wear the mask and maintain social distance

 

                these are not the technical methods to follow if your mind is strong you may not get a chance for affecting”💪
