 PALEO DIET - EXPLANATION




    In today's world, we are all sitting in front of desktop or laptop for 24hours and also mobiles are one of the best partners in our life. In this type of lifestyle we are not giving such a part of importance to our health. Because of  sitting for the long time our body lose agility and we don't have the tendency to think about the outdoor play.

    Some persons' ages are below 30 but they are look like above 40, that's the way we are handling our body condition. In order to maintain our body in good condition we are now stepped into follow some ways, which is diet. Because of laziness cholesterol in our body is gaining every day, in order to control this we are following diet to stabilize our body or doing exercise.

    Nowadays, people following one diet which is known as Paleo diet, it also known as modern day diet. Paleo diet is nothing but the diet which was followed by ancient people or stone age people, at the starting stage of the world. People lived in that era ate the foods which were done by hunting practices which were meat and also they eat vegetables, fruits, grains etc.,.

    In that age, we don't think about the sugar, tea or coffee, so they were looked like healthy body condition. They ate meat by hunting they got so much of protein and also they used that protein for next food by hunting, by doing this they had maintained their body in balanced condition.

    We don't need to do hunting, instead of hunting we will do exercise and also by eating vegetables, fruits, grains and meat. Ancient people don't know about rice, wheat, bread, jam, idly or thosa, so if you are going to follow this diet you have to imagine that you are living in ancient age, and follow that ancient people what they had followed.

    But at the same time it have disadvantages too, we are concentrating only in protein so our body lost the way to get calcium, carbohydrates etc., due to this we have the chance to face headache, diarrhea etc., so we have to follow this diet for a time period depends upon our body condition.
