Salary In Crores & in Lakhs!!! in beautiful Island - What's the reason Behind??

Scotland Government has announced that 1.5 crores per annum for doctor and 71 lakhs per annum for teacher, if they come to work in wonderful islands in Scotland.

Scotland taking steps to attract people by providing salary in crores and lakhs to work as teachers, doctors in distant islands. Gordon Jamieson, Chief Executive  of NHS Western Isles request people in the world to work here. 

To bring basic hospitalities in Benbecula island, people are encouraged by giving 40% hike in salary by National Health Organisation also welcome people who are really interested to work as a doctor in village sides.

People who are coming to work as a doctor in Hebrides (6 islands), they need to provide hospital services for the people in those islands. Including high pay salaries, Scotland government take care of charges for place shifting, also they provide 10k Euros as bonus (10.5 lakhs INR). 

But its not easy to get a job, this job needs good leadership, discipline & ethics said by Gordon Jamieson. There are only 5 children in primary school in Rum Island, teachers for those children will get the salary of 65,00,000 lakhs INR.

If the people coming to this place, government believes that the lifestyle of the people who actually now living in Scotland will change.
